Colette Fada Mumbeya is a community leader and Founder of the Fada La Sunamite (FALS), dedicated to empowering vulnerable youth and teen mothers in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She is passionate about leadership development, mentorship, and community-based initiatives that promote resilience, education, and hope. Through culturally grounded programs, she works to strengthen vulnerable children and teen mothers’ confidence and capacity to become positive leaders within their communities, contributing to sustainable and long-term impact across the DRC.
· Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
· Bachelor’s in health studies
· Excellent planning, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to manage, maintain and build professional relationship and prioritize workload.
· Persistent, empathic, patient, and sensitive to customer’s needs and comprehensions
· Strong interpersonal, self- motivated and excellent communications skills, able to work independently and in team setting.
· Work presently as an account receivable as Henry Schein Company
