Louis Tchamda

Director of Digital Product & Software

Driven from an early age by a natural curiosity about the mechanisms that shape human society and interpersonal relationships, Louis Tchamda became interested not only in scientific knowledge itself, but above all in the ways it could be used for the common good. Behind each of his projects and achievements lies the same guiding conviction: progress only has true value when it genuinely improves the lives of others.
In 2000, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Automated Management Systems and Information Processing from MADI State Technical University. One year later, in 2001, he completed a Master’s degree in Intelligent Systems applied to infrastructure management and information processing. That same year, he also began doctoral research focused on the flexible optimization of concentrated rural communal infrastructures, with particular attention to ecosystem preservation and the improvement of living conditions in rural communities. Although this doctoral work was later interrupted due to an academic leave, it remains deeply representative of the human and social concerns that have shaped his entire journey.
Beginning in 2002, Louis worked in Moscow at ART Business Center, where for more than fifteen years he participated in several large-scale projects related to information systems organization and the structuring of complex services. Among the most significant initiatives was an important healthcare-sector project. At that time, many companies providing services and products for diabetic patients used different classifications and terminology, creating confusion and operational difficulties for providers, doctors, and patients alike. The work carried out progressively helped harmonize these services and establish mechanisms that encouraged stronger cooperation between the various actors in the sector. This approach brought greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency to a particularly sensitive field.
During the same period, he also contributed to projects aimed at improving internal corporate organization and professional coordination. In Yekaterinburg, he participated in projects developed for IKEA, helping improve team coordination, workflow organization, and access management within professional infrastructures. His approach consistently focused on simplifying human processes and fostering smoother professional relationships.
After many years of experience in Russia, Louis continued his journey in the United States, where he remained involved in projects with strong human and community dimensions. Starting in 2019, he became involved in several independent initiatives dedicated to service organization, support for family-oriented structures, and the development of solutions designed to facilitate cooperation and human exchange.
Since 2022, he has actively contributed to the development of Masse World, a community and humanitarian-oriented organization notably established in Florida. Through this initiative, he helps implement tools aimed at improving volunteer coordination, donor relations, and the organization’s overall activities. His involvement in such projects reflects his deep conviction that knowledge and organizational structures should primarily serve people and strengthen community bonds.
Those who know Louis Tchamda often highlight his calm nature, his listening skills, and his progressive way of approaching problems. Rather than seeking abrupt or purely theoretical solutions, he generally favors an approach based on understanding human needs, cooperation, and the patient construction of sustainable structures.
Through the different stages of his life — from academic studies in Moscow to community-oriented projects developed in the United States — emerges the path of a man convinced that knowledge, organization, and collective effort can help build a more humane, harmonious, and supportive society.
