The CSD will be hosting an educational briefing for Congress Members and their Staff along with dermatology stakeholders, April 23rd, over the lunch hour from 12:30 – 1:30 pm in the Nancy Pelosi Caucus Room (Cannon Building).
The meeting will feature Dr. Lindsey Criswell, Director of NIAMS covering the latest Research Developments in Skin, Dr. Ian Myles of NIAID on Environmental Impacts, Marc Yale (IPPF) on Rare Derm Conditions, and Jasmine Espy (AHSID) and Olaniyan Thurmon (Avengers Actor) on the Patient Experience of Living with a Skin Condition.

In addition to hosting a Briefing, next week the CSD will be heading to Capitol Hill with 58 patient advocates to talk with Legislators about issues affecting the dermatology community.
